Terms of Service
Last updated September 22, 2026
These terms govern your use of Webstack, software that helps construction and home-service businesses run their website, leads, estimates, jobs, invoicing and customer messaging. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
Your account
- You're responsible for your account, your team members' access and activity under it.
- You must give accurate business information and keep your login secure.
Your data
You own the data you put into Webstack, including your customers' information, prices, photos and documents. We process it only to provide the service. You can export it at any time from Settings, and we delete it within 30 days of account closure unless the law requires us to keep it.
Messaging and marketing
- You may only text or email people who have given you permission, and you must honor opt-outs. The software records consent and blocks messages to people who reply STOP, but compliance with messaging laws (including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM) is your responsibility.
- Campaigns are for your own customers and leads — no purchased or scraped lists.
Payments
Card payments from your customers are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms and go directly to your connected Stripe account. Subscription fees for Webstack are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Estimates, quotes and AI
Instant price ranges and AI-drafted content are estimates based on the prices you enter. You are responsible for reviewing every estimate, proposal, contract and message before relying on it or sending it to a customer.
Acceptable use
Don't use Webstack for anything unlawful, to send spam, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to access other accounts or disrupt the service.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Webstack available and secure but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes in the app or by email before they take effect. Questions: support@webstack.tech.
